As we serve under an officially recognized nonprofit (CORDUSA), we require volunteers to submit photographic evidence of their involvement following each event or session to validate their volunteer hours. To receive credit for your service, you may choose one of the following options:
- If you possess a pre-existing volunteer form or document from a school or another organization (e.g., SSL approval forms, school club volunteer forms, etc.). kindly forward it (completed with volunteering specifics) to cord4rdu@gmail.com for verification (including supervisor signature).
- If you don’t have such documentation, please complete the form below to request approval for your volunteer hours.
